Terms and Conditions
- General
1.1. These general terms and conditions apply to all quotations, bookings, offers, deliveries and transactions between Hair and make-up by Denida and her clients and/or principals. Hair and makeup by Denida is registered with the Chamber of Commerce in The Hague under number 51302829.
1.2. The provisions of these general terms and conditions may be deviated from only and exclusively if and to the extent expressly agreed upon in writing.
1.3. The client accepts these general terms and conditions, by reserving or booking a service from Hair and makeup by Denida, and lets this be known by agreement via email or the booking form.
1.4. The client shall timely provide Hair and make-up by Denida with all data necessary for the proper execution of the order.
- Travel and parking allowance
2.1. Travel costs incurred by Hair and make-up by Denida for the work, outside the Noordwijk aan Zee area, shall be borne by the client and shall be based on a travel allowance of €0.50 per kilometer. Any parking costs shall be fully reimbursed by the client.
2.2. If travel time exceeds 1 hour, an additional €30 will be charged.
- Establishment of booking
3.1. There is a booking when the client accepts in writing or digitally an offer from Hair and makeup by Denida and has paid the deposit.
3.2. Client acknowledges having read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions of Hair and Makeup by Denida prior to making a booking.
3.3. No rights can be derived from printing, misprints and typographical errors as well as mutilated offers.
3.4. Offers and quotations do not automatically apply to future orders. 3.5. The indicated price list is valid up to 12 months at the time of request. If the relevant date does not occur until after 12 months of applications, you must take into account any price increase.
3.6. Other guests booked must also be performed the agreed upon day at the same location.
- Payment
4.1. Payment of the invoice amount must be made in the manner and at the time described on the invoice.
4.2. The reported prices for services are exempt from OB pursuant to Section 25 of the OB Act. 4.3. Method of payment and reservation: The booking is final only after payment of the deposit as stated on the offer. Until the deposit is received the booking is subject to reservation. The first payment is a deposit, and has a payment period of 14 days. The final payment (second payment) of the commission must be paid in full 14 days before the wedding day to the account number of Hair and makeup by Denida The final payment is the remaining amount of the commission and any additional services / products chosen. After approval of the offer, the client has the right to the legal 14 days withdrawal. The down payment will not be refunded in any case after these 14 days. 4.4. Exceeding said term of payment: If the mentioned term of payment at article 4.3 is exceeded, the client is in default and this means that in any case you do not have a hair stylist on the big day.
4.5. In case of incomplete and/or timely payment, Hair and make-up by Denida has the right to cancel the order.
4.6. Payments to Hair and makeup by Denida should always be made through the bank
- Liability
5.1. Hair and make-up by Denida shall execute the agreement to the best of its knowledge and ability and in accordance with the requirements of good workmanship.
5.2. Hair and makeup by Denida is not liable for damages of any kind caused by Hair and makeup by Denida is based on incorrect and / or incomplete information provided by the client.
5.3. Hair and makeup by Denida is not liable for damage to personal property.
5.4. For damages, you are only eligible for the damages against which Hair and Makeup by Denida is insured and which are reimbursed by the insurer.
5.5. Hair and makeup by Denida excludes any liability, and rejects possible claims for damages, both direct and indirect, which arise from circumstances that are not due to fault of Hair and makeup by Denida and which under Dutch law or socially accepted standards can not reasonably be attributed to Hair and makeup by Denida.
- Force majeure for illness or serious circumstances
6.1. Hair and makeup by Denida will show 100% commitment to fulfill the appointment made for bridal care. In case of force majeure including but not limited to illness, accident, serious (family) circumstances and circumstances unforeseeable Hair and makeup by Denida can cancel all or part of the order.
6.2. The bridal couple will be notified and have the following choices: find their own bridal stylist, or Hair and Makeup by Denida will make every effort to find a colleague of an equivalent level to take over the assignment. However, this is not a guarantee. If Hair and makeup by Denida has been unable to find a replacement stylist, the contract will be cancelled in part or in full. The cost of the trial session will not be reimbursed, if it has already been.
6.3 In case due to nuisance of Hair and makeup by Denida itself, no charges can be recovered.
- Termination, termination and suspension of the Bridal Care Agreement
7.1. If the client cancels all or part of an agreement, the costs incurred by Hair and makeup by Denida, including third party fees, as a result of this cancellation shall be reimbursed in full by the client.
7.2. If a booked engagement is cancelled, the client will owe the following cancellation fees of the total cost of the engagement: a) 40% of the total invoice amount if cancelled 6 months or more before the wedding date b) 60% of the total invoice amount if cancelled 4 months or more before the wedding date c) 80% of the total invoice amount if cancelled 2 months or more before the wedding date d) 100% of the total invoice amount if cancelled within 48 hours before the wedding date
7.3. Hair and makeup by Denida reserves the right to cancel a bridal care order if there is a dispute and both parties cannot reach an agreement.
7.4. If the wedding is rescheduled due to tightened corona measures or corona contamination, the date may be rescheduled at no charge. In the event of cancellation or rescheduling to a date when Hair and makeup by Denida is no longer available, the deposit and any costs incurred for an additional trial session are non-refundable
8 Privacy
8.1. Hair and makeup by Denida plays openly and carefully handles your personal data and will make every effort to ensure the reliability, security and integrity of the data collected by Hair and makeup by Denida.
8.2. Hair and makeup by Denida protects your privacy in the following ways: -) Your personal information will not be sold or passed on to third parties. -) Your information will be securely stored in a non-publicly accessible database.
9 Use of imagery
9.1. Hair and makeup by Denida reserves all the right to take photos of the work done, and may post the photos after consultation with the bride.
